The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners demanded Rs.25,000/- to allow the informant to enjoy the fishing right from the pond settled by the Government in favour of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the sister-in-law of the petitioners lodged Complaint Case No. 717 of 2013 at the earlier point of time against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6036 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 308 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
