The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., on the order of this petitioner to kill informant, co-accused Noor Alam stabbed knife in the abdomen of informant and thereafter, this petitioner alongwith his sons assaulted informant with fists & slaps.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of giving knife blow against this petitioner. Specific accusation of giving knife blow is against co-accused Noor Alam. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
