JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 300 of 2014 registered under Sections-323, 326, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although there appears to be some serious allegation against these petitioners but admittedly, petitioners and the complainant are agnates and the complaint case was lodged on 2804-2014 whereas; the occurrence is said to have taken place on 02-03-2014.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners named-above, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5733 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 300 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas.
