JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2015 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to clear the entire debt along with the interest of the Bank by 31st March, 2015.

Learned counsel for the Bank also does not have any objection to that as he submits that auction could not be held on the particular day and the Bank is only interest in getting the money back and according to him total outstanding dues including the interest till 31.1.2015 is Rs.4,24,322/-.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to deposit the entire aforesaid amount by 31st March, 2015. Till then, the auction sale shall

Patna High Court CWJC No.2465 of 2015 dt.11-02-2015 2 / 2 remain stayed.

In case the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount within the time then the Bank authorities would be at liberty to take steps for fresh auction sale.
