JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017 in connection with Town (Hajipur) Case No. 76 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is alleged that petitioner was caught cheating in the examination conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission, however, the petitioner has sufficiently been punished for the said offence as he has been in judicial custody since 06.02.2017. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017.
