The petitioner claims that he has filed application to grant licence of N.P. Bore rifle in the year 2012 but no decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority-cum-District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority-cum-District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not already been done.
