The Petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 409, 420, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2017. The petitioner is lady. There is vague and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that co-accused Amit Kumar who is Panchayat Rojgar Sewak has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43774 of 2016.
