Patna High Court CWJC No.3465 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 found ineligible with respect to award of retail outlet dealership between Milestone no. 6 and Milestone no. 7 at Tarwara Maharajganj Road, Block- Maharajganj District- Siwan. According to him, the decision of the respondents is totally arbitrary. A query has been put to learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation as to whether any internal mechanism for redressal of the grievance is functioning, the answer is in the affirmative. The petitioner is agreeable to submit to the said grievance redressal mechanism of the respondent Corporation.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the forum to consider all the pleas to be raised by the petitioner and take a decision thereon at the earliest, in any case, not later than eight weeks of the petitioner approaching it.
