JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 397/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown persons allegedly robbed the informant.

Submission is that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid materials, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16303 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif/Successor Court, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.241 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
