1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding or directing or ordering the respondents commission to produce the record containing the academic and interview score obtained by the petitioner in the process of selection of the assistant professor being conducted by the respondent commission in the subject of Sociology in which the Unique ID no. allocated to this petitioner by the commission to be KUM01051974 for SOC0055814 and that very much record may

(ii) That till the disposal of this petition, the appointment in the subject of Sociology may kindly be stayed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, i.e. the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna, Bihar for redressal of her aforesaid grievances, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
