Petitioners are accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case mere on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Considering the period of custody of the petitioners and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5262 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016.
