This writ application has been filed against the order dated 13.02.2022 passed by the Licensing Officer whereby the license of the petitioner has been cancelled.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3385 of 2022 dt.27-04-2022 2/2 The petitioner appears to have approached this Court without exhausting the appellate remedy, which is available to him under the law.
We therefore direct that in case the petitioner, if so advised, prefers an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of thirty days, his appeal shall be taken up and after affording reasonable opportunity to him shall be disposed of within a period of sixty days thereafter.
Needless to state that the order so passed by the appellate authority shall be a reasoned order and such order shall be handed over to the petitioner for the needful. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
