The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sathi P. S. Case No. 84 of 2017 dated 03.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of land dispute between the parties, the present case has been lodged. A reference of title suit also has been provided in the bail petition.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, her gender and the fact that she does

S. Case No. 84 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
