Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with an observation that the respondent no. 3-the Principal Secretary, Department of Urban Development, Government of Bihar, may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner with regard to extension of Nagar Parishad, Sheikhpura.

Learned Counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. In view of the nature of dispute and the prayer of the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed as withdrawn

Patna High Court CWJC No.6668 of 2021(2) dt.24-08-2021 2/2 with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose the representation of the petitioner, which has already been forwarded to respondent no. 3 by the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura (Annexure-1) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
