JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co accused Tanveer Alam caused injury with knife on the informant and her mother and took away ornaments worth rupees two lacs and rupees fifty thousand cash. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 2 being father of Tanveer ordered to kill the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the FIR was registered on 9.10.2014 but it reached to the court of the learned C.J.M. on 18.10.2014 which reflects that the FIR

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10312 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 was registered by antedating. It is further submitted that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners and they have been roped in the present case only because they are parents of said Tanveer Alam.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 348 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
