2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 197 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 29.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23402 of 2014.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the husband of the deceased has since been acquitted, this Court is unable to take a different view of the matter. Despite earlier order rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail the petitioner is evading arrest and not appeared in the trial, in spite of the husband of the deceased is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17303 of 2015 (2) dt.24-02-2016 said to have been acquitted. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
