2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19421 of 2023.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed.

4. A direction with regard to deposit Rs. 1 lakh in Ram Krishna Mission Sevasrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar-842002 is recalled.

5. If the petitioner fulfills other condition, he may be released on bail after accepting his bail bond.
