By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks restoration of Cr. WJC No. 733 of 2013 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.01.2016.
Regard being had to the fact that thrice earlier, the application was dismissed for want of prosecution and the restoration applications filed by the petitioner were allowed by this Court, the petitioner failed to appear before the Court on
Patna High Court MJC No.434 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 13.01.2016 for the fourth time, I am not inclined to restore the application. Accordingly, the application for restoration of Cr. WJC No. 733 of 2013 is dismissed.
