This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Four liters of country made liquor was alleged recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017 (Special Excise
