JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 325, 504, 307, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and others, armed with deadly weapon, after scaling over the wall, entered into the house and assaulted the informant. The accusation against the petitioner Bundar Singh to have assaulted the informant by means of butt of gun when Jay Kumar Singh took away Rs.
3500, thereafter, the petitioners Bunder Sing, Jay Shankar Singh and Rajendra Singh escaped from there after resorting fire.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11757 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
