This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 323, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of assault and death to the father of the informant is against other named accused persons.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault to the informant, but, the informant caught this petitioner and prevented from further assault. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
