The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that lands of the informant and her sisters as well as the land donated to Ram Janki Temple worth Rs. Two crores were sold by one Dhwani Agrawal, who subsequently after re-marriage known as Kirti Bansal also when some of the lands have been purchased by the petitioners.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are bona fide purchasers and the accused of the murder case of the parents of the informant have already been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15352 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 acquitted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that fraudulently under conspiracy with the petitioners the entire property of the informant and her sisters were transferred by Dhwani Agrawal.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are purchasers, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.491 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
