JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-02-2019 Petitioner's claim for arrears of salary for the period between January, 2008 - July, 2011 as well as payment of salary for the period August, 2011- August, 2013 i.e. the period of suspension is pending before the respondent no. 5. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the respondent no. 5 be directed to disposed off the petitioner's claim with reference to the records available in the respondents' office so that the claim of the petitioner may be properly appreciated and if the petitioner is found entitle to any dues, the same should be paid to him.

Copy of the writ petition has been served on counsel for Chapra Nagar Parishad on 01.02.2016. Though the name of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2444 of 2016 dt.14-02-2019 2/2 counsel for the Nagar Parishad is appearing in the list but none appears on behalf of the Nagar Parishad.
