2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court under order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25057 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner had illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. The petitioner and the wife of the deceased have beaten the deceased to death and depicted it to be a case of suicide by hanging the dead-body. The mother of the deceased and other witnesses corroborated the allegation and ante-mortem injuries were found on the deadbody of the deceased.

4. I do not see any fresh ground to re-consider my
