The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 279 of 2016 to the extent that Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 be read as in stead of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 and the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi be read as in stead of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi. It appears that the said mistake appeared in the order dated 06.01.2016 since it has been wrongly mentioned in the petition.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application the order dated 06.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 279 of 2016 in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5620 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
