JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 283 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 14.11.2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to deposit Rs. 5000/- per month in the account of the informant and the bail bonds of the

No.39929 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/3 petitioner was to be accepted by the Court below on showing receipt of deposit of Rs. 5000/- by the petitioner in the account of the informant for the month of November, 2022. It is further submitted that petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds because the account number was not supplied by the informant.

The petitioner undertakes to deposit the entire arrears amount as ordered by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 283 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from today.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from today.

The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned Court below on showing receipt of the deposit of entire arrears amount as ordered by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2022
