2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a dacoity was committed in which Rs. 5 Lakh 50 thousand has been looted. Petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2023. Petitioner is accused in five more cases of serious and similar nature.

4. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner though some co-accused have been granted bail. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

5. The court below is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14927 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 of all the cases registered against the petitioner.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Jehanabad through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
