The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 543 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has a clean antecedent and the recovery is not from his house.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
