Considering the statements made in paragraph nos. 7 to 16 of the show cause, which indicate payment under different heads of retiral dues, this Court finds that the order dated 11.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 13313 of 2022 has substantially been complied with. It has further been submitted on behalf of the opposite parties that, so far as, ACP (Assured
Patna High Court MJC No.557 of 2024(4) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 Career Progression) is concerned, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of 3-4 weeks.
3. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
