ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 21.5.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. case No.38 of 2015 (G.R. No.1055 of 2015).

Considering that the Court below was reluctant to release the Auto rickshaw as regards the ownership not having been proved and holding that the application is not tenable at this stage, the application is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh application since now he submits that charge sheet has been submitted.
