It appears that vide order dated 08.08.2019, petitioner was allowed pre-arrest bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No.357 of 2018, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of bail application, "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran" has wrongly been typed in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15242 of 2019(7) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea" due to that reason in the last paragraph of aforesaid order dated 08.08.2019, "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran" has wrongly been typed in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea". In view of the aforesaid submission, let the order dated 08.08.2019 be modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of order, "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran" be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea".
