Let the Vice Chancellor, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbahnga take cognizance of Annexure-3 dated 08.05.2013 filed by the petitioner and decide his claim within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The time frame indicated above must be adhered to. The Court is not happy to note that Annexure-3 was filed way back in the year 2013 and it was indecision on the part of the Vigilance, which has unnecessary resulted into filing of a writ application.
