Today, this case has again been listed under the heading 'to be mentioned' on the mentioning slip of learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that under the aforesaid order petitioner has been directed to refund Rs.4 lacs to the complainant, though the petitioner had to return Rs.12 lacs as per the agreement, which has also been mentioned by the petitioner in para 7 of the bail application.
