====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14121 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation against the petitioner that he caught hold the victim and other co-accused caused injury by Garasa and during treatment the victim died. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2019.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned court in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019.
