JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner confronted with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.5 and submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the subsequent decision whereby the respondents have taken decision to conduct selection process and thereafter appointed Hemant Kumar Singh as Night Guard in Shri Gauri Shankar High School, Ujai, Daronda, Siwan.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.336 of 2017 (8) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the entire selection process in accordance with law by way of filing fresh writ application.
