The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 380 of the Indian Penal Code to which sections 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code were added subsequently.

As per the prosecution case, a theft was committed in the house of the informant and various articles including T.V, ornaments etc were stolen.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of a coaccused made before police in one another case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who was remanded in this case on 30.6.2020. Charge

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case no. 123 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
