2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 473 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has abducted the victim girl.
4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in a relationship.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12998 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S.
