This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 324 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband of the informant.

Allegation is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Jamui, or successor Court.
