Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.291 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of theft of the ornaments worth Rs.35,00,000/-. During investigation, the witnesses have supported the occurrence. It has also come during investigation that the petitioner was earlier indulged in committing theft of ornaments.

Considering the seriousness of the offence, I am not
