13-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 379, 427, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, this petitioner is only alleged to have instigated other co-accused persons to assault informant and others. There is absolutely no allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13028 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura / concerned Court in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 947 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S., 2023.
