2. Even though the petitioner was adjudged as the most suitable candidate for being appointed as Aanganwari Sahayika but her claim was bypassed by the functionaries on extraneous grounds.

3. Though no details have been provided in the writ petition as to who was appointed on the post of Aanganwari Sahayika but it appears that a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4724 of 2019 dt.27-03-2019 2/2 complaint/representation has been made before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda which has yet not been acted upon.

4. Since the petition lacks in basic inputs of facts, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent authorities.

5. However, taking into account the fact that a representation/complaint has already been filed before the relevant authority viz. the District Programme Officer, Nalanda, it is expected that such representation/complaint shall be disposed off by a reasoned order after affording hearing to all the stakeholders.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
