====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.254 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.3388 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Taking into consideration that the recovery is of nine litres of liquor and 26 litres of country liquor, which are also not found to be in possession of the petitioners, prima facie no case is made out under Excise Act.

The petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail on sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
