JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 4.3.2020, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 64653 of 2019, to the extent of extending the time period granted for surrendering before the learned Court below in order to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Ld. Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail.
