Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of allegation levelled against him and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as his trial has already commenced which is evident from perusal of letter no. 12/2017 dated 4.5.2017 sent by learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session trial no. 228 of 2016 arising out of Chanan P.S. Case no. 47/2014 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai stands rejected.
