In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 234(C)/ 2013 registered for offences under sections 498(A), 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As per the complaint petition, the opposite party no. 2 entered into marriage with the petitioner but it could not run smoothly which led to filing of the present case. In paragraph 9 of this application, specially statement has been made that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity. This Court has issued the notice to the opposite party no. 2 who has not turned up to participate the proceeding.

No.8554 of 2015 (3) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his/her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 234(C)/ 2013 , subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
