JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the father's name of the petitioner. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 153A, 295 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petition took out a Tajiya procession without having licence of authority and during same procession, some clothes were put on the idol of Bajrangbali. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion and for the same occurrence two cases being Kurhni P.S. Case No.410 of 2014 and 411 of 2014 have been lodged by the police. Considering the accusation against the unknown, let

Turki) P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
