Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Present case is counter blast of the case lodged by the petitioner against the niece of the informant. There is allegation of assaulting with sharp pointed weapon, whereas injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.11.2016.
