The petitioners, namely, Shagun Singh @ Ram Shagun Singh and Naresh Singh @ Ram Naresh Singh, apprehend their arrest bail in a case under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that on 22.01.2014, both the petitioners came and caught her and tried to outrage her modesty. They also snatched different articles. It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 22.01.2014 but the complaint petition was filed on 27.01.2014. From perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that the complainant has not explained any reason for such delay.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16058 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District Darbhanga in C.R. Case No. 13 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
