JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondent Bank for one time settlement, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Bank for settlement so that the dispute may be resolved amicably. In view of the limited submissions made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank for one time settlement and in case the petitioner approaches the Bank within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent Bank shall make endeavour to settle the matter expeditiously.
