The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.122 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was going along with his father-in-law, Sidhidhi Pandey and brother-in-law, Mohan Pandey but four persons came on a motorcycle snatched the motorcycle, mobile and cash from the possession of the informant and others. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused, Monu Kumar. Save and except confession of the co-accused, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. It appears that it is a case of road robbery and the

Taking into consideration the facts that the name of the petitioner has come during the course of investigation, the confessional statement of co-accused, and the investigation requires the identification, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
